not every idea costs 0.5 eth. i'd like spending eth to be more made to measure. next to that i have concerns about the kind of ideas these rounds bring (remembering someone walking away with 2 eth in the nouns mfer prop house round). setting a timeframe and a reward to come up with an idea to work on is not the right order or incentive; you come up with an idea, work on it and then get it funded for what you need. seems more logical to me.
