Proposal 433 went through it's own turmoil leading to this portmortem update:
* Proposal was voted in right before fork #2 went live.
* During Fork #2 , the proposal couldn't be executed and thus missing the original window of minting.
* Nov 28th, proposal was finally executed resulting in a tokendrop which created a token with maxSupply of 0 (error on Proposer's part) thus rendering it unmintable.
