Fluf Watney, Space Pirate As most of the Fluffle hibernated to escape a greedy and reckless Mankind, Fluf Watney looked towards the stars. As the leading astronaut in the Fluffle Aeronautics and Space Administration, or FASA, Watney had the great privilege to lead the FASA Space Force on a secret mission to Mars in search of any traces of galactic beats beyond the flailing Earth. But with great privilege comes great risk. After a galactic storm, the FASA Space Force decided to abort their mission and, in all of the commotion, Watney was left behind. The Space Force initiated a dangerous mission to rescue Watney, but during his time alone on Mars, Watney forged a new identity. To save himself, Watney tapped into his will to rave another day to some dope ass beats. And so Watney did all that was necessary to survive, including commandeering a FASA lander and taking over Fluf IV to launch out of orbit. Now here is the cool part. Because no country could lay claim to Mars, Mars was effectively in international waters. And Watney commandeered FASA property in international waters without permission, which by definition... made him a pirate. Henceforth, he became Fluf Watney, Space Pirate.
