I used to have to do similar sorts of sorting and classification tasks for research projects in my undergrad.
Since the task is primarily image-based, I imagine that the Italian-language component relates to navigating your system. My command of Spanish and Latin being what they are, I'm confident that I can quickly develop a working understanding such that I can successfully complete the task.
