Ongoing\nFirst donations distributed via the DAO: Due date 18 April\n\nWork done:\n\nResponding to the COVID19 situation as we are experiencing it here in Athens, together with the SGYF we decided to launch a project to help get funds to where they are needed and support of mutual assistance for the 3D printing of vital medical equipment in short supply.\n\nWe are launching this project as a Project-DAO, to coordinate different teams around it and to keep track of the project: deliverables, responsibilities, and timeframes.\n\nI believe that this project, beyond the immediate need that it seeks to respond to, can also act as a template for the Trojan DAO processes, whereby if a project proposal gains support from the Trojan DAO, the terms of these proposals are backed by smart contracts (multisigs or project DAOs) that define the relationship between The Trojan DAO and the project, and between the participants in the projects, be they an art production or other.\n\nIn the case of this proposal, the project is launched as an Aragon DAO, to support an open network of collaboration and coordination between makers of medical gear using 3d printers, laser cutters, and other local initiatives responding directly to the COVID19 situation.\n\nhttps://mainnet.aragon.org/#/greececov19response/0x631874a9cc9293e20c71ee0b0ece3c76c3616d0d/\n\n\nIts stated goals are:\n\n\nCrowdfunding and sending urgent financial aid to where it is most needed, immutably, transparently and with accountability.
