After discussing your comments within our team, we would like to respond to the following three points.

① Regarding the survey
In the past, we have consistently heard many children say that they would be happy if their artwork were displayed around the world.
Based on these voices, we decided to conduct a renewed survey for this proposal.
In preparing this response, we contacted Ms. Tomo Kurita, a teacher at Nagoya Municipal Tōchi Junior High School, and asked for her perspective on how children responded when this project was previously implemented in her class. We received her written comments, which are shared below.

③ Funding plan
We have applied for a grant from the Arts Council, and the result is expected in late March.
At this time, we are also independently seeking support through the following site, though the current amount raised is approximately ¥100,000 JPY.

In addition, we are allocating 0.4 ETH from the retroactive grant we previously received from Lil Nouns for a mural project to this proposal.

> The survey is happening after approval, which makes it feel more symbolic than meaningful. If children’s input matters, it should shape the plan before funding is requested. I would rather see the majority of funds clearly tied to direct hospital and elementary school programs defined with numbers (how many workshops, how many children, what outcomes). I would even support a higher cost if that impact was clearly structured. If outside funding like the Art Council may reduce the cost, terms should be written into the proposal to not open reinterpretation later also not left in comments as many nouns clients dont even show them please.
