The score grows by holding through each dividend payout; selling lowers the score; long buying inactivity (no buys within the last 5 dividend payouts) resets it fully. A percentage of the swap fees are routed to fund the dividend pool. Dividends are paid weekly to wallets that have not sold since the previous dividend payout, weighted by the NTS score.
