I am looking for an unsecured loan of $40k USD to early excercise a significant early employee stock option grant.
The expected payback period is <= 5 years, the greater of $120k or 2% of any equity exit (probability weighted value = $180k, best case=$450k).
I will fund the remainder of the amount from personal investments, but there is urgency for me and the X7 money is literally sitting doing nothing. If the X7 treasury paid this out, I would return these funds to the X7 treasury on exit or liquidity event.
