i come back to "who is the audience for this, and do/will they use it?"
i suspect the people who would be interested in this app (the typical ABC collector?) does not cleanly overlap with people in Nouns and Nouns gov, and it seems to me theres a gap to bridge where you have to bring some qualitative proof that there is an existing or potential user base
generally speaking, i think nouns is prone to fund software where a) the voters are users and can clearly see the need or b) the voters are not the typical user, but the benefit for another audience is very clear and well defined -- i suspect this project falls somewhere in between, where voters are not the typical user, and also dont know who its for
