Appreciate the thoughtful feedback. On the size, we aimed for an amount that makes the yield meaningful and ensures the market is properly seeded. The DAO retains full control and can withdraw anytime, so it is designed to be safe while still impactful.
On the legal side, this is a straightforward loan using stablecoins and public infrastructure. Completely trustless, no offchain agreements, and no custody. Just pure public commons DeFi.
If there are legal concerns worth addressing, we are open to exploring them in a follow-up.
