Make an email notification server for BPsWorker must design and implement a server that facilitates email notifications for Burnable Payments. The user should be able to input an Ethereum user address and email address, and receive notifications via email when any web3 event occurs for any BP they are a Worker or Payer of. The server can charge a fee: I suggest an "X ETH per Y notifications" model. **The server must use a local Ethereum node to watch for contract events**, rather than scraping Toastycoin/etherscan/etc. This should be completed no more than 10 days after commitment.
