I ask the Community whether they would like a Planning Department... in order to ensure that DeCentraland evolves into a "Beautiful World"...there should be a submission process for approval...it may sound "Centralised"...but there has to be some form of Governance...I am happy to prepare "Fair" proposals for discussion within the Community as how to establish the Department, and it could be as simple as a "Yes/No" vote for each Planning Application that must include a Visualisation and Description of the proposed use.. "Retro" Applications can be submitted...in order to comply with the "System"...and it creates "Job Opportunities" for Architects and Designers like myself... to help Clients process the Application to the Community...it may be a good idea to have a percentage Fee of the Land purchase price...set aside for Planning Approval...in order to cover the cost to the Community of validating the application...I have just found out that MetaMask wants 15 dollars from me to process this Question ( I am happy to pay it !! ) - Ciao for now - Riccardo
