Upon receipt of the full amount, Stake DAO Association will treat the balance retained by you as a white-hat bounty and will not pursue civil claims against you in respect of the exploit.
This resolution does not bind third parties, and does not affect any reporting Stake DAO Association is or may become obliged to make to competent authorities.
This offer expires on September 15th 2026, 6:00:00 PM UTC. Its terms will not be renegotiated. Absent full receipt by that time, Stake DAO Association will proceed to enforce its rights through all available legal channels without further notice.
