Just to be clear, Quack and Lola are never removing the noggles so this is a misconception that their nounish designs are hostage to receiving more funding from the DAO. It's not.
This specific prop has been purely a retro prop after seeing that there will be support if one was put. It is not connected to with any obligation of funding anything in the future. So i would like folks to vote purely from the scope of retroactive reward. Hopefully that makes sense.
We need more time to structurally and legally come up with a number + format that will make sense for DUNA if there is a revenue kickback involved in any future proposal. We just have not narrowed down to one approach yet.
