I'm Daniel and among other things, I like solving problems. I have a keen interest in free & open source software, specifically, community-driven projects that promote an inclusive economy by decentralization of networks and alignment of incentives (e.g. Ethereum, Aragon, District0x, Golem, etc).
I enjoy making software in a declarative, compositional manner with readability and re-usability in mind. That being said, I try to be pragmatic and agile (work in small, ship-able increments).
Besides my guitar & bass playing hobby (I'm crazy about music), I also enjoy table football and basketball.
According to the Belbin team role test, my optimal role in a team would be *Team Worker* followed by *Plant*, which I do agree with to some extent, as I prefer a streamlined working environment which harnesses the team's creativity and encourages their growth.
