Introduce a jackpot system funded by a 0.75% fee on buys only (no sell penalty).
A rolling 6-hour timer runs continuously.
Any buy ≥ 10.000 $CMD becomes the new “last buyer” and resets the timer.
When the timer expires, the last buyer receives:
70% of the jackpot pool
30% is permanently burned
Anti-exploit rules:
A wallet can only become “last buyer” once every 15 minutes
Buys from the same wallet within cooldown do NOT reset the timer
Only buys from the LP count (no transfers)
Anti-bot protection:
When timer reaches zero, payout is executed after a random delay of 0–5 minutes
