Raster Logo is a generative script by John Provencher, conceived as part of Raster’s graphic identity and to celebrate the platform’s first anniversary. It was commissioned by Raster and created in collaboration with its founders.
When the founders of Raster invited John Provencher to create a logo, he came up with a generative typography script. The first output of this script, Raster Logo #0000, has served as Raster's official logo since the beginning of the platform. On our first anniversary, we invited collectors to mint their own unique iteration. You can find a conversation between John Provencher and thefunnyguys at www.raster.art/logo-interview.pdf.
