Submissions are not publish until an administrator validate it. -An admin panel (with a password), allowing to change the information of a submission, publish or unpublish a submission (simple check box), delete a submission. When a submission is published send a mail to all subscribers informing them that a new bounty has been published. The mail should include the information about the bounty and a link to unsubscribe. -A main admin panel allowing to add/remove administrators.
