I know a lot of you have various concerns here. Adding team would def help with many of the issues. From where I sit, the team has kept very busy doing great things. I don't have specific accounting either, but on a day to day basis, I see builders being rewarded, and that's what it's all about.
I don't think it's fair to beef about bugs and various things, when staff is short. I think a team of 4 is fair, considering the high level of output.
I am hard against sunsetting prop.house, and would love to see junior staff added to every nounish project, so that the nouniverse doesn't keep loosing precious resources (discord, nounify.wtf, etc.) Let engineers focus on engineering, and leave front end development to others. Easier said than done, but valuable.
Some folks have expressed concern about the amount of funds going to the devs. This prop is exclusively for funding creators. I hope everyone can keep the issues separate, and let this roll forward, for the sake of the nouniverse. This would make something available while https://uplink.wtf/ finishes up their deployment of a product to replace prop.house.
# Jollé | Jollof ⌐♥-♥ Nigeria V3
# Jollé | Jollof ⌐♥-♥ Nigeria V3

# **tl;dr:**
Following 2 successful props as Jollof Nigeria, we are rebranding as **Jollé**.
For 1450 USDC (about 0.5 eth), Jollé will distribute a bag with a container of Jollof rice, a spoon, and a bottle of fresh water to 250 elderly, handicapped, orphans and homeless in Ogun State, Ijoko, Nigeria.
This is an experiment with creating a working playbook for future micro multi-location activations. This activation will have a strong focus on media creation and storytelling.

# Proliferation/Utility
Our staff will be sporting foodnouns hats and t-shirts.

* Stickers with Jollè and FOODNOUNS will be printed on the takeaway containers.

* A large banner will be printed out which will be put in front of the bus used to distribute the cooked food. Doing this will create awareness about Foodnouns DAO to the local community.

* We will attempt to onboard anyone interested in Nouns during the event, and will collect contact info of those who are interested.
# **Video Production**
A video editor will be hired to cover all the action taking place to show the world the impact of FOODNOUNS DAO and Jollè.
We plan to create the following media:
* 3-5 minute short film (4k or 1080)(horizontal)
* Interview with the team leader english sub-title
* 10 short vertical clips - (15 seconds each)
* 25-50 photos
* All assets created will be cc0 for anyone to use, forever. These will be stored on the NounsDAO Africa google drive:

## Thanks!
We appreciate your time and consideration!
"We know that making people's first experience with Nouns fun and meaningful makes the perfect environment to be receptive about wtf is Nouns, how the DAO works, and how people can collaborate."
Yes, they are amazing IRL proliferatoors, but also...
Their discord member base grows with each event, and many of those users trickle over to Gnars, internatioNouns, NounsDAO Africa, etc. They participate in various prop house rounds and other challenges beyond their own. They continue to bring their members over to farcaster, and have always ensured that their members are up to date on recent Nounish technologies. Their discord has Nerman brining in Nouns props and another bot that translates incoming info into Español. They recently created a Social Contract which can be minted here:

Loss of the Builder Path is very sad, imho. They would rock it. Lils experimented a bit with that, and the conversation is still going on in a discord that they created specifically for that purpose. It was amazing for me, stuck at home, to be able to meet & support the hackathon participants. I could answer some of the tech questions, and bix, mulf and sqx dropped in to answer more. So, participants understand, right off the bat, that the Nouns ecosystem supports builders beyond the norm, and beyond the hackathon.
As far as budgets getting larger with each prop, I honestly think that is Nounish, in this case, at least. They should be well compensated for their efforts. Experience gives us the ability to do more in general, to do more with less, and to do it with more polish each time.
