Gearbox V2 Use Grant: According to the terms of the licence available at https://github.com/Gearbox-protocol/core-v2/ and https://github.com/Gearbox-protocol/integrations-v2/ (the "Licence"), the following additional use grants shall be permitted: (i) deployment and implementation of the Gearbox Protocol v2 software source code provided under the Licence (the "Gearbox v2") on the Ethereum blockchain main network and, from time to time, other blockchain networks in accordance with and in the manner determined by vote of the GEAR token holders taken at https://snapshot.org/#/gearbox.eth, and (ii) any use, exploitation, change, and adaptation of Gearbox v2 that is required or necessary in connection with the foregoing as may be determined by vote of the GEAR token holders as set out herein.
