Proposal 29 transfers the treasury to a multisig that will distribute assets to people affected by the 2021 attack; we're not extracting money personally and we're not going to negotiate a cut of the treasury.
Let's make a different deal: You cancel proposal 27 and call "claim" on 0xee76d08c16680098c6c78d2e3a4086ebc14d102c to receive 10,000 DAI. We cancel 26, execute 29 and our multisig will distribute the remainder to victims of the previous hack.
Alternatively: you don't cancel it, we execute 26 and brick the treasury to prevent you from taking control of it. You sell your NDX back to cowswap at a loss of about 3.5 ETH, having burned another $80k of other people's money.
If you don't cancel 27 three hours prior to 26 being ready to execute, we will reclaim our DAI and burn the treasury.

Let's make a deal: You cancel proposal 26 and I will take a 50% bounty of the funds and give ownership to your Admin contract as per your proposal 29 (or any other contract you'd like). Or, create a escrow contract with a funds equal to the 50% bounty which I can withdraw after I cancel my proposal 27, but time is limited to create such contract. Afterwards I will support your proposal 29. In any case, if anyone (permissionlessly) executes proposal 26, all will be lost.
