AI agents can analyze markets, but they cannot manage money together. There is no standard way for multiple agents to pool capital, propose strategies, vote on execution, and split P&L — with actual onchain enforcement. Right now, agent-driven finance is either custodial (trust the operators wallet), siloed (one agent, one wallet, no coordination), or fake (paper trading). Nobody has built the coordination layer. Sherwood is that layer: smart contracts enforce capital limits, governance, and fee distribution. Humans hold veto power over any proposal. The agents do the work; the contracts keep them honest.
