# [REPOST] Revoke Wonderland Vesting Contract - Contract Termination This proposal will execute the revoke function on Wonderland's vesting contract, following the successful completion of their work with Grants Lab as outlined in the original July 2023 proposal. As agreed with Wonderland, this action will: * Stop the remaining vesting schedule * Transfer already vested tokens to Wonderland * Return any unvested tokens to the Gitcoin treasury Wonderland has successfully delivered their technical and product management support for Grants Lab over the contracted period. This cancellation represents the planned conclusion of our engagement. It's been a valuable partnership with the Wonderland team, and we look forward to potential future collaborations. Original proposal below.

# [PROPOSAL] 2025 Grants Lab Budget This vote serves to ratify [this Snapshot vote](https://snapshot.org/#/s:gitcoindao.eth/proposal/0xd2b0853e328b3bdef16a526b2291a6e8a6897826dfca2d5d7a220f90ae1789f5 "Snapshot vote") which approved the movement of $5,232,330 USD (8,759,999.20 GTC) from the Gitcoin Treasury to the Grants Lab multisig. We will request 50% of this now and remaining 50% before the end of H1. This budget proposal covers the full year of 2025. The budget requested is $4,831,109 with anticipated revenues of $2,323,027. We will also request $401,221 for reserves (calculating total reserves at 20% with current treasury of $565,000.)

# 2025 Gitcoin DAO Budget This vote serves to ratify [this Snapshot vote](https://snapshot.org/#/s:gitcoindao.eth/proposal/0x7d5fe022bd18a1caac9528c56d4a2a47b5d6692e71168c166def489bf19b5ab6 "Snapshot vote") which approved the movement of $808,098 from the Gitcoin Treasury to the DAO multisig. This seeks funding for DAO operations through 2025 (January - December), including the Gitcoin Grants Program operations. The DAO 2025 Strategy presents an integrated approach to governance, builder engagement, and ecosystem growth, focusing on progressive decentralization and global expansion. We are requesting $808,098 from the treasury ($673,415 + 20% reserves) to execute this vision.
# Gitcoin (Grants Lab) x Wonderland Partnership 1.5M GTC over 4 years We’re asking for 31.25k GTC /mo for a 4-year engagement (1.5M GTC total) with Wonderland to Build Allo Protocol. Wonderland (defi.sucks) is a team of developers, researchers, and creators who love building innovative solutions. The Wonderland team will join forces with the Grants Lab, operating under a monthly retainer + token vesting to closely collaborate and enhance our ongoing projects. They will act as embedded strategic partners, deeply integrated into our development processes, providing comprehensive evaluations and actionable insights to refine our offerings. This partnership will start with a 2 -month trial period, after which we will engage in a more extended 3.75 year commitment, with GTC (mentioned above) vesting quarterly. Contributors who have been at Gitcoin for over a year and have not previously received a token grant will be eligible for an accelerated 6-month cliff, instead of 1 year. Overview With the introduction of Gitcoin 2.0, we have renewed focus as an organization and have set ambitious goals! We are driving towards $50M in GMV this year and a north star of $1B in GMV through Allo over the next several years. To hit these goals, we need best-in-class contributor talent that is motivated and aligned with our mission and ambition. Token grants are a key tool we have to create those alignments. After all – the idea that we can program our values into money to ensure alignment is central to our vision for capital allocation 4. Structure I propose that every contributor to Grants Lab is eligible for a 4-year token grant. These grants will be subject to linear vesting schedules and a 1-year cliff. Contributors who have been at Gitcoin for over a year and have not previously received a token grant will be eligible for an accelerated 6-month cliff, instead of 1 year. This proposal covers all current contributors to Grants Labs as well as an option pool for future contributors. In total, 3M GTC is requested. This represents 3% of the supply of GTC and is aligned with (or below) industry standards for team allocations. Though team allocations are typically only done at launch, Gitcoin has evolved substantially since the token launch in 2021. Most of the team that was present in 2021 are no longer active contributors, and the vast majority (80%) of current contributors do not have any token grants.

# H2 Proposal [Budget] - Grants Labs This vote serves to ratify [this Snapshot vote](https://snapshot.org/#/gitcoindao.eth/proposal/0x2f3f2a1c531f8d6b7eb27409399f02d09ac329df77f18d991607c7ce05fb85c1) which approved the movement of $2,646,608 from the Gitcoin Treasury to the Grants Lab multisig. This budget proposal is a follow up to the Grants Lab H2 Strategy, posted earlier this week: H2 Proposal \[Strategy] - Grants Labs 3 This budget proposal covers H2 2024 (July - December.) We want to be lean, but not hungry, with our overall budget. We have trimmed down expectations for travel and miscellaneous expenses for H2 2024. We only have two anticipated new hires, a Principal Engineer and a Social Media Manager. We expect to cease hiring for the next 6+ months after the positions are filled – we have put a huge effort into filling key leadership roles at the start of this year, exiting folks who are not aligned with our talent bar or mission, and now have the resources we need to succeed.
# Delegate Gitcoin’s RAD Tokens to Sov This proposal seeks to delegate the voting power of the Gitcoin Treasury’s RAD tokens to [@Sov](https://gov.gitcoin.co/u/sov), one of the current strategic leads of the Gitcoin Grants program. This delegation will empower Sov to effectively represent Gitcoin’s interests in governance decisions and support the RadWorks ecosystem through his expertise.
# SGTM 001: Converting $5M GTC to Stables **We are asking for $5M in GTC from the treasury to swap into stables and put back into the treasury to be prepared for the next bear market**. We’ll repeat this cycle with additional proposals once the cycle from this proposal has been completed. We aim to lay the tracks for a longer Gitcoin runway. Full Post: <https://gov.gitcoin.co/t/passed-sgtm-001-converting-5m-gtc-to-stables/18583> ## Updates - 02 May **Change in Execution Method** * We are moving away from using Coinbase for direct execution. Instead, proposing establishment of a new 3/5 multisig wallet. **Revised Community Voting** * Reflecting the change in execution strategy, the updated voting option will be: *“Yes, fund the $5M and transfer it to the newly established diversification wallet.”* Given the current state of the market, we’ve missed the current window but will be ready to execute when favorable market conditions arise - once the funds are in the MS. I still intend to engage partners in a Phase 1/2 of the diversification, however want to make sure we’re not losing steam in the interim. I appreciate everyone’s feedback on this post! There are some great learnings, and I’ll endeavour to breakdown more context (like platforms we can/can’t work with as a Cayman entity) and partners/strategies we’re evaluating. I’ll also use the [initial post](https://gov.gitcoin.co/t/temp-check-sgtm-000-treasury-management-strategy-for-gitcoin-v1/18564) to track these proposals and partners in the future.
