Bullish on Topics and seeing some early signs of momentum. This proposal requires way to much dm'ing and backchanneling to make any sense of the bullets. Without that, combined with its tone and style just looked like an attack. We should hold projects accountable and set a high expectation of communication. I still don't have any real details around these allegations but had this started as a Topic, we would all be making a more informed decision. RFV FUD tactics in full effect. This is a warning sign that Nouns may be at risk of capture. We should absolutely claw back funds from projects that fail to deliver or mismanage resources, but a proposal like this needs comprehensive receipts, not a flimsy set of bullet points laced with RFV-style FUD. How is a voter supposed to fairly evaluate these claims? If this kind of lazy, forum-tier proposal passes, it’s a clear signal that Nouns is compromised. I fully support scrutinizing proposals and holding recipients accountable. Just this month, over $400K has been returned to the Treasury, a massive win. What I won’t support are amateur, low-effort RFV FUD tactics. When I see them, I assume we’re under attack... again.

how-should-we-manage-the-duna-admin-selection-process-in-the-future?There are not many good options for multiple choice voting onchain. Snapshot, JokerRace, Rounds can all be used but they are not ideal for something like this for various reasons. I would like to see us fund a software project that is specific to our needs but then can be used by others who have these same needs (a lot of DAOs). I'm thinking of something like a simplified version of Prop House.

good-projetcs-by-yirs Hello from Honduras. This would be such an incredible and impactful project in a country that could truly benefit from crypto adoption. The country is small and Yirs has reach. It could onboard a lot of people. I don't know him and have not been involved at all with this prop but I fully support it.

I think a few of these recent DeSci props are written by people who are thoroughly DeSci pilled and pitching it to an audience who isn't quite there with them and don't do a good enough job on taking us on the journey of why we should support DeSci, how Ethereum uniquely solves challenges in science funding and why Nouns is uniquely qualified to participate. As a result they tend to read like a science project looking for funding that could be sent to a dozen other DAOs or traditional NGOs.

I’m voting for Leo who is an artist and a filmmaker. Nouns is an infinite art project and a few live event interviews chopped into YouTube media is not art, it’s something for the basic, unambitious and afraid. I love the vision and passion Leo brings to this project and would love to see Nouns embrace film as art.

Like this work a lot and want to see it come to life but agree with Stripy and would like to see more props requesting USDC so we can put our ETH to work. Would vote FOR if this prop went back up with a USDC request. +1 > USDC budget requesting ETH, since this proposal was submitted we are up 25% don’t think we should be sending ETH and praying people return the surplus when usdc can be requested

Big fan of Kismets work. Supported some of their early creator houses via ENERGY and then got to experience it first hand at Edcon. They do these the best, blending art and hacking with building lifelong friendships and a family feel, starting with their family dinners annd extending into deep bonding experiences making things together and looking out for each other. Extremely Nounish.
