From what I'm seeing, you're creating a token that nobody can sell, only buy. I think it's idiotic to try to prohibit people from selling their tokens by creating a punishment system that locks them in for several days with high fees. If you don't want people to sell their tokens, just implement vesting and that's it. Now, if I want to sell my tokens, I have to do a huge amount of math to see if I'll make a profit or lose everything with a strict punishment system.
