We would like to offer another updated proposal: Return 9000 ETH to the Cashio Community multi-sig at 0x2fC61bE26A591B2a6639B46f486Dc079dC96a253 and the remaining 2517.42 ETH are yours to keep as a whitehat bounty payment. We will consider the matter closed, remove the "Heist" & "Exploit" Etherscan wallet tags and cease any further investigations. There's no need for the funds to sit idly in this wallet, especially while the FBI investigates you and follows leads the community has provided. Let's come to an agreement and end this. It would save a lot of people a lot of time, money, and energy: including you. Further, we are still committed to directly donating 500 ETH to www.charitywater.org/crypto at 0x718A03C0b38889D57224B5A4eC853953f7B1Aa18 to bring clean and safe drinking water to people in developing countries. We all sincerely hope you consider this offer. At the time of writing the 2517.42 ETH would result in a $4.3m white hat bounty. Free for you to move around at your discretion. A multi-sig address representing the Cashio community has been created here: 0x2fC61bE26A591B2a6639B46f486Dc079dC96a253 The signers are 0xghostchain, jimthereaper, The Saint Eclectic and a set of 3 other large verified ETH refund addresses. The 10,000 ETH refund to that address is preferred and will also be accepted in relation to our proposed whitehat bug bounty. The community has sent a third batch of refunds to https://anchor.so/cashio. In total there has been ~$14.3m refunded out of ~$52m withdrawn from the Cashio ecosystem. Unfortunately, we both know this is not enough to make things right. Given the financial loss and real world consequences, law enforcement & security firms will continue to pursue you and make it unnecessarily difficult for these funds to ever do the human good that you wish. The funds will be tagged on the blockchain forever unless we make an agreement. To remove the "Exploit" & "Heist" tags on your address and end our collaboration with the FAFT, FBI and USSS, we propose you return 10,000 ETH to 0x5746254AAB429CABFa246cE6C838394E08F5C063, the Cashio team & Community will treat the remaining 1,522.27 ETH as a Whitehat bounty paid to you and your philanthropic cause. Community members have received the partial refund. We strongly urge you to refund the remaining amount ($24m out of the $39m requested) to all affected accounts. We have included a 2nd batch with the unrefunded amounts & missed entries on https://anchor.so/cashio. There are real consequences to this situation. Returning the full amount of refund requests still results in $11m in ETH in community funds under your control.
