The DAO has been officially registered as an gnosis multi-signature wallet with 113 founding members who staked or hold over 1% of the supply for the last year and half. The name of the DAO shall be known as Teh Fund, but this wallet shall represent the ownership claim of Canis Ventures (overlords fund) which will control the treasury as stated in the V1 protocol. It requires a 51% majority approval on all transactions before managers can trade with the assets.

DAO is both decentralized and an autonomous organization. This was the purest vision of the four Overlords when we started the Teh Fund back in 2017. Decentralized in a manner that there are No Insiders and that users could freely enter and exit the DAO anonymously. Teh Fund DAO was already created in code with the startup organization prior to launching the contract. The whole system is designed to be autonomous in nature with Overlords Oversight to prevent manipulation. Everything is going to plan, even with the impending Black Swan.
