Kiru has played a crucial role in enhancing Public Assembly's organizational capacity. He has acted as a much needed force for distributing context across the DAO. I'm excited to see what is in store for the end of this year as we work towards completing the initiatives outlined in his proposal.
Pause the Auctions Until L2 Migration&&An L2 migration is a significant matter that requires the consensus of the DAO. It is expected to become a feature in the upcoming 'Bali' contract upgrades. Nonetheless, the presence of rogue actors in the Nouns Builder ecosystem instigating malicious transactions across several DAOs cannot be ignored. Temporarily pausing the auctions could be a strategic move to prevent these bad actors from acquiring tokens cheaply and subsequently initiating malicious transactions during periods of low onchain activity. Fortunately, our voting threshold seems to be a robust defense against such activities. However, it is evident that the auctions are not presently serving as a sustainable revenue stream for Public Assembly.

Mutual x Public Assembly Gathering in Paris&&This proposal is requesting 0.25 ETH in order to supply snacks and libations to attendees of the Mutual x Public Assembly gathering next week in Paris.
The event will take place Wednesday, July 19 from 5-8 pm, the location is to be determined. For context, both Mutual and Public Assembly were invited to participate in the [Broadcast Summit](https://broadcastsummit.xyz/) next week in Paris. We’re hoping to use this event as an opportunity to continue conversations that arise from that event, as well as connect with those who won’t be able to make it.
We are starting to send out invites, and are expecting more in-person confirmations once we are all here in Paris! That being said, we’re requesting a bit more funding to err on the safe side. Our expenses will be noted, and any unused funds will be returned to the treasury.

Builder Utils - Enhancing the Developer Experience in the Builder Ecosystem&&### Abstract
Allocate 5 ETH towards the continued development of [dao-utils](https://github.com/public-assembly/dao-utils), the underlying package that handles data fetching and contract interaction scaffolding for [Flexible](https://github.com/public-assembly/flexible) by Public Assembly, among other projects.
### Context
A working group from Public Assembly set out to build Flexible, a customizable template that allows any DAO created via Nouns Builder to create their own unique website. The release of Flexible sets the stage for DAOs to experiment in their own domain, outside the confines of a one size fits all interface.
However, Flexible wasn’t designed with a developer first experience. And since its inception, the the landscape has changed, Nouns Builder is open source, and the fruit of a myriad of great proposals has landed in the Builder ecosystem. To continue innovating on the application layer, it is necessary to refocus on the underlying architecture. This applies not only to Flexible, but also to a variety of other applications and specified clients that are bound to emerge in the ecosystem.
### Description
Builder Utils is a commitment to a developer first experience that aims to address the repeatedly vocalized needs of the Builder community. For instance, even seemingly low-hanging fruit like integrating a custom auction component hasn’t received the attention it deserves due to overly opinionated existing solutions or high-level documentation. Similarly, complex logic such as managing a proposal throughout its lifecycle should exist as reusable logic.
By taking a documentation driven development approach and borrowing some of the great patterns exposed via the Nouns Builder codebase, Builder Utils aims to develop a more developer-friendly experience that addresses the needs of the Builder community. This approach will allow for more surface area for nontechnical contributors, further cohesion among existing engineering efforts, and intuitive ways for contributors and prop house winners to get up and running within the ecosystem.
*This proposal was brought to you by [Salief Lewis](https://twitter.com/salieflewis). A core contributor at Public Assembly, and a maintainer of both dao-utils and Flexible.*
Both of these contributors have been extremely impressive thus far in terms of working autonomously, cooperatively, and in conjunction with Public Assembly. I'm really excited to explore continued funding mechanisms for their work.
Routing Funds for Web2 Services&&The purpose of this proposal is to allocate funds from the treasury to @losingmyego to cover the expenses of the web2 services that we, as a DAO, rely on. These payments will be made for a period of six months while we work towards establishing Public Assembly as an UNA and opening a shared bank account for future expenses.
Our current expenses are as follows:
* Vercel: $60 per month (admins are @valcoholics, @0xTranqui, and @salieflewis)
* Google Workspaces: $18 per month
* Discourse: $150 per month
* NPM: $7 per month
The total cost of these services for the next six months is $1,410. To account for any fluctuations in price changes, this proposal suggests sending 0.85 ETH, with any leftovers refunded to the treasury after gas costs have been deducted.
While I support the initiative, I think the 0.25 ETH incentive for each participant is too high. Although this effort has the potential to be rewarding, it is the first of its kind for Public Assembly and should be funded with a smaller portion of the treasury.
I'm looking forward to this exploration, and I hope this proposal will excite other designers and creatives to look at Public Assembly in a way they otherwise may have not.
