GM or GN Over the past several weeks we have voted on the following proposals (stated below) and would like them to be brought to your attention as we are unable to execute these changes without your input . These are changes we have voted in a DAO manner that we see fit to help the ecosystem as we waiting for full release. We are told to act in a manner of a DAO and embody that in which we are however, if the proposal that we vote on cannot be executed without your input it does add some levels of frustration as those changes cannot be executed to benefit the ecosystem. We would like to note communication NEEDS improvement and would like you to deliver on your promise of better communications especially in times as such , not only for this simple fact of keeping investors updated and informed but also to make the best decisions for the ecosystem going forward. Without proper communication and updates on current state of development our proposed changes may or may not be beneficial to the ecosystem as we do stand in the dark on some components and current state of the ecosystem. At the point at which we stand, all those still involved with this ecosystem are worthy of better communication not just for our sanity or comfort but to make the best decision going forward for the benefit of this ecosystem. We are understanding of delays and issues that occur but more detailed and consistent communication on current state and reasons for delay is required at this point. I think you would find being completely transparent with developments on your end either positive or negative would be met with a positive attitude on the community end, as we believe in X7 and want to help and grow and complete this chapter. The members you see before you today believe wholeheartedly in this project and the vision being put into play. There is no doubt that issues have risen but transparency on these issues would be extremely beneficial for everyone to be on the same page. One last note despite what is mentioned above we want all of the devs to know also how grateful we are for this ecosystem being created and us being here today because of what all of you have taken the time to brainstorm, construct, build and put into the world of DeFi. Good afternoon X7 community. First things first... HAPPY BIRTHDAY X7 FINANCE! I want to take this opportunity to say thank each and every one of you for creating, managing and developing probably the most fascinating community I have seen in all my years in the space. The efforts from everyone is truly humbling and it makes me proud to watch what has unfolded in the past 12 months. From our side, it's been a mix of emotions. Providing the vision of X7 Finance was the easy part, implementing this at every stage not so much. I am happy that the "finish line" is almost in sight. This will give us some time to reflect on what we have built and with the help of you, the people who will ultimately control the project, the future of X7 Finance is completely limitless. In my opinion, the greatest thing about this project is the fact it will not rely on a single dev/team for the entire future of the project. During the not so recent AMA with one of my colleagues, a question was asked to the 7 developers of X7 Finance. Q. What is your end goal in crypto? A. Although a very short question, this is difficult to answer but the truth is I have no single end goal. Decentralized Finance to me is an escape from being controlled by the rich. I would be lying if I said "It's not about the money", of course it is but making a difference in the space would be my reserved answer. This is rarely done, especially in the last few years. The majority of the space has moved on from smart developers building useful utilities, instead it's cash grabs and scams. This is something that I believe needs to be overshadowed by good tech. Initial liquidity loans may not be seen by some as "good tech" but it's something that is badly required within the space. Some of the smartest people I have came across in life have came from poor geographical areas and without the capital required to start up, they hit a road block. This is one of the reasons why X7 Finance can help, within crypto and beyond. I apologise in advance for the lack of youtube links within my message, sorry but that isn't my style! Tick Tock...
