Tomi Army Transformation to Tomi BountySummary: This proposal aims to transform the existing "tomi Army'' into "tomi Bounty" through the DAO framework. Ownership of tomi Bounti will be held jointly by the community and tomi itself. By transitioning ownership from community-only to the joint ownership model, the Army will become an integral part of the tomi ecosystem, which will allow us to enhance the army's capabilities, expand its tasks, and introduce a Committee responsible for managing and approving personalized bounties within the tomi ecosystem. Objective: The objective of this proposal is to empower tomi as a project and enable community members to contribute in diverse ways beyond the current Army tasks. By rebranding as "tomi Bounty," we can incentivize community involvement, encourage innovative contributions, and foster a sense of ownership among participants. Implementation Plan: <ol> <li></li> </ol> Joint Ownership: The ownership of tomi Army (tomi Bounty) will be held jointly by the community and tomi itself, ensuring a more streamlined decision-making process and aligning the army's goals with the project's vision. Joint ownership by tomi means that budget and rewards (bounties) will also be funded by tomi, if approved. <ol> <li></li> </ol> Task Expansion: Alongside the existing general and community-oriented tasks, we propose introducing bounties for additional tasks that contribute to tomi's advancement as a project, i.e. tasks that are more project-oriented and “official”, like design work, security system testing, hosting community meetups, and other contributions that benefit tomi's development. <ol> <li></li> </ol> Currently, only the Army General can publish tasks. In tomi Bounty, everyone - army members as well as the tomi team - will be able to suggest tasks. <ol> <li></li> </ol> Committee Establishment: A Committee consisting of five trusted community members will be formed to oversee the management and approval of personalized bounties. Committee members will be chosen by Superbullish, who initiated this proposal. The chosen Committee members will always be active members who constantly contribute to the community. Each task requires a majority vote from the Committee members for approval, ensuring transparency, fairness, and efficiency in the decision-making process. The Committee will approve or reject the proposal, requested budget and suggested bounty, and/or suggest modifications thereof. <ol> <li></li> </ol> User-Generated Tasks: Participants will have the ability to propose tasks independently within the tomi ecosystem, specify the required budget and the suggested bounty (reward for completing the task), and submit them to the Committee for review and approval. This empowers community members, promotes inclusivity, and encourages decentralized decision-making. <ol> <li></li> </ol> Receiving the Bounties: After a task is approved by the Committee, the person or people who will complete it will be eligible to receive the specified Bounty.
