nouns'sence-|-the-final-submissionFunding is as more about the founders than a particular idea. And this team has proving perseverance and willing to work with nouns despite its complexities. Lets hear them out
I love the approach taken, but not so much the idea sadly. I just fail to see the attractiveness of it as a product sold world wide. Potentially with some adjustments to the product it would work, idk
Nouns are as cheap as ever, just get one, no need to make me vote. I just fail to see why we should give away one. Why aren't you approaching people to delegate to you? I know some of us have done it in the past.
Glad to see the prop back after addressing some concerns. I'll paste my previous thoughts: This is the first prop I see that tries returning back and potentially giving more to the nouns treasury than what it asks. Using Nouns votes as primitive in which other memecoin holders can vote seems simple, but can grow massively imo. I’ll be happy to delegate my voting power to NNS Labs to support this initiative and see where it takes us. Additionally, NNS Labs is building for the community in a way that feels slightly different. The vision seems clear to me, Nouns won’t scale by itself, it will do it through its sub communities, and the team is here to support and scale products for both Nouns and each of the smaller communities contributing to it. Super happy to see this proposal going up and Nouns catching up to the new meta. Disclaimer: I hold $NOGS from the stream they do to nouners, but never have bought.

This is a bit too much imo. The quality is definitely great, but "build it, and they'll come" doesn't work neither for code nor for movies. There are only a few mins left on this prop, so I know it's going to pass and that's a huge chunk of the treasury that we know won't go too far. I'm starting to loose faith, and that sucks. I really want to get proven wrong, good luck to Atrium, you guys are great and I actually appreciate your work even tho I'm voting no this time.
There are some things off in the prop, but I do know the team will be able to adjust those, so I'm okey with it. They obviously won't charge $500 per piece now that the price has gone up.
I'm going to vote for, but this vote shouldn't be used as a confirmation that there should be future rewards on the nouns terminal. I personally don't think Nouns Terminal has been successful and I'd like both contributors to reconsider their approach. I'm voting for because I like them and I want them to keep working on nouns related projects.
I can't frame it otherwise. If you look at this purely finally you won't be able to understand this proposal (which sucks for people like me who are very methodical), but this proposal isn't about that and Tagawa has the track record of making things and making them right. +1 > Im pretty convinced this is something we should fund at this point. Ive struggled with the why (and some of the line items) in the past but supporting Tagawa is about as wholesome as it gets imo. Further, VCs nor typical charities are effective/motivated to fund these type of activities.
I have doubts this is the right path forward, not going to lie, but I'm going to vote for. Of all the criticism that's been given, personally I think the one that resonates the most with me is the lack of push and transparency by the foundation, and that hurts. I know not everything can be made public for legal reasons, but this project is what it is because of the community, and it really feels as if the foundation forgot it existed on purpose until it was late and it exploded. I am noone to talk about this, I don't know anything about inner politics in nouns or whatever, but this wasn't handled correctly. I expect better, but I'll give them a chance to make up for this.
I think this is a much better proposal and happy to move forward with it. The people behind this prop have worked a lot to make it happen, and definitely deserve a pass on this one to go a try what they had in mind. I expect to see the results of this tho!
I'm going to actively abstain on this one. I basically don't even know what zeroweight is, but some people do know and appreciate their efforts. Normally I would vote down in this situations, but I do love people developing and helping nouns through software, so I'm going to abstain just for the sake of future builders understanding they can get retroactive funds based on their usage of the software they built for us.
I fail to see how this will benefit Nouns. And if anything, I think it should be bootstrapped first and get some traction before scaling it through Nouns. Love the effort tho and the energy of the members.
I feel we've been dedicating quite a bit of money into esport related initiative without any real strategy. Funds seem no to be doing a lot for the community, and I don't see how this prop will achieve that. We should have a more cohesive approach, and until then, I'm voting no
I personally fail to see this. Maybe I'm wrong, I don't know The Park personally so don't take my words too seriously, but this is a lot of money for a team I personally don't know.
I’m voting for. But something that concerns me is sustainability (in any way). I don’t know how many projects of this kind we have already (not exactly the same but with a similar goal). And all of them die after initial funding drains. Surely you can ask for more, but unless you get looots of traction, that might be hard. I would what could you add to ensure two years in the future the project is still providing value.
Voting against until we hear from the DUNA. There's no need to rush into these sort of things. I appreciate the push on getting clarity from the them tho, specially on such critical pieces. Check and balances, but not rushed decisions.
