Despite being confident that this team can make some noise and impact in their region, I'm not too keen on the % split between the DAO and the players and I am afraid that all of the pending expenses upon the team's qualification: additional salary, bootcamp before LAN (as discussed in the discord) will eat up another significant portion of our treasury before we have a chance to use it toward other ideas from the DAO.
There's a lot of moving parts and coordination that has to happen to deliver media, merchandise, nft drops that people will care about, and while those aren't major aspects of this proposal, I would have liked to have seen some ideas related to building revenue around this team.
