thank you for your proposal motiondesign! unfortunately, I'm voting against this proposal right now because IMO the DAO should be focused on deploying funds to broad reach, low-cost/high-leverage initiatives this early in the game (like prophouse, for example) I feel that 1 ETH is too steep of a price to commit to a single vertical such as OM this early in the game while we could be focusing on efforts such as onboarding & retaining contributors and general awareness of our org. I'm happy to chat more about this and strategize on some ways we can incorporate OM, and would support an OM interest group within the DAO so potentially more mfers could get involved in the evolution of this - maybe even organize a prophouse round to allow the community to submit art to be showcased in a DAO OM space? cheers! looking forward to building, -zhoug

We've gathered, raised funds, and united under a common cause - to support mferish public goods. I was not expecting this level of support when I created the DAO only weeks ago.</p><p>The community has shown me they have seen the vision, and are ready to build. That's why I am proposing a 1 month trial full-time residency with mferbuilderDAO for the month January 2023, at the cost of 1 ETH to the treasury.</p><h2>goal</h2><p>The goal of this residency is to support the mferbuilderDAO in taking high-leverage action and improving the user experience for its members. The scope of work will be centered around the following themes:</p><ul><li>Engineering</li><li class="ql-indent-1">frontend/backend, onchain infra, tooling, documentation, etc</li><li>Administration</li><li class="ql-indent-1">smoothing out onboarding, empowering new contributors, supporting DAO initiatives</li><li>Communication</li><li class="ql-indent-1">community engagement, building in public, providing "big picture" updates on socials</li></ul><p>While I will be working fulltime on the above tasks, I'll also be available for additional support for DAO initiatives as needed.</p><h2>budget</h2><p>I am seeking 1 ETH of funding to cover my core living expenses for the duration the residency. Configure reverse ENS record to point to DAO treasury&&<p>The DAO currently has ownership the ENS name for `mferbuilderdao.eth`.
