I have committed to the Open Payments started under that account, knowing I can trigger the autorelease after a few days to recover the funds. But with the Open Services, any payments in the contract are bound to go to the worker (0xfce18) or be burned. Sadly there is no way to recover the funds.
I'm still trying to think of an elegant way to solve this problem. As Toastycoin's admin, I can switch to a new Factory address to remove these dud Open Services; however that is not a good long-term solution.
