My name is King Kong.
I am the community leader of the REFUND project that you launched on May 19th, 2023.
It has been over a year since you created this contract and shared 13 cryptic messages on-chain, guiding us toward understanding your reasons and ultimate intentions behind REFUND.
Since then, those of us who came together to form a community under your banner have continued to ponder these messages, gaining deeper wisdom, knowledge, and understanding while we patiently wait and trust in your wisdom and process.
The journey has not been easy. As in Matthew 22:14, Jesus said, “Many are called, but few are chosen.” This verse speaks to the effort required from both the caller and the chosen. As community leader, a role I initially did not seek, I realized over the months of deeply observing and studying those 13 messages, and witnessing the deceptive actions of some who proclaimed leadership, that I needed to actively respond and accept the call among the few chosen.
From one stranger to another, you being the caller and me actively responding as the chosen, a line of trust, in respect to the rules of anonymity, should be established so you know exactly who I am.
Let me share something about myself. I am the son of a single immigrant mother who grew up in South East London. I went to Bromley College, where I studied business and finance. I am a father, a husband, a brother and a Gunner for life!
Above all these things, I am a man of unshakable faith. I am a dreamer and truly believe there are good, honest people in this world like myself.
When I came across REFUND, beyond your legacy, which captivated most people, I was truly intrigued by the messages you carefully chose to share.
I looked on-chain at the back and forth between you and other users, and I can honestly say at first I didn’t grasp or fully understand its meaning. But over time, I have gained a level of peace and wisdom that has grown over the past year.
I strongly believe it is important to protect the floor price, ensuring that those with nefarious intentions and far deeper pockets than I cannot manipulate or take advantage of our community through coordinated pumps and dumps.
My personal goal as team leader is to continue doing exactly that and, over time, establish new lines of business that can generate value for the REFUND project and our community as a whole.
The reason I initially talked about trust and shared a bit about myself is because there is genuine fear, if not voiced publicly, among our community regarding what you may choose to do with the LP unlocked after August 4th, 2024.
Those of us who have accepted the call, like HAROLD, and burned our bridges to sail towards possible captivity at County Guy, have accepted our fate. We continued, amidst hurdles, FUD, and changing corrupt leadership, to pour our personal time, effort, energy, and finances into building a website and brand which we plan to present on August 4th to you and the entire world, worthy of the banner we proudly fly under the name BLURR.ETH.
We, the few who actively responded to the call, have dedicated ourselves to the ideal of using the freedom we hope to achieve from REFUND not just to satisfy our flesh but to serve our fellow brothers and sisters through love.
Like the parable of the talents, we hope on August 4th, you see and are proud of the website we as a community have earnestly tried our best to build, despite numerous setbacks and ongoing expenses to successfully maintain. Given the opportunity, as the REFUND project continues to evolve and grow, we hope to continue in sincere support of your goal and vision.

Our future goal is to build out a DAO and generate real value from the foundation of the REFUND website as it grows so it can help support and sustain our overall goals. We are not asking for a handout, just an opportunity to help us continue to build off the organic growth from the contract you have provided and the platform we have built as a community under your guidance and leadership.
