Usage: I've received commitment from Index to use SafeNotes for the DUNA SAFE upon proposal approval, with several additional parties expressing interest that we'll be prepared to onboard when/if their proposals go through. I'm open to implementing features that are helpful for DUNA related reporting. My pitch for why SafeNotes is helpful now: There is track record for Nouns proposals misusing allocated funds, SafeNotes provides early detection to terminate underperforming initiatives before further resource drain. If SafeNotes usage was directed at the start of future proposals, the prop pays for itself through prevented waste.
@0x6fB5...83b0 Good feedback SafeNotes will be open to any Nouns DAO founded SAFE for the next 2+ years. So it could be used retroactively for previously funded props or be an expectation of future ones. Let me reach out prior props and get some ideas of who is interested > > > This proposal feels a bit out of place. Who's actually going to provide the annotations for the transactions? Are we expecting the Duna admins to take that on? > > It reminds me of Propdates. Great in theory, but without clear incentives, people tend to forget about it. > > Before moving forward with funding, it’d be helpful to know who plans to use this and how. >

nouns-grants-implement-nouns-dao-on-safenotes-CdG8SwKyCd To show what Nouns DAO would look like on the homepage, here is a mockup: https://imagedelivery.net/BXluQx4ige9GuW0Ia56BHw/8381214d-1aef-452c-866c-01060d56dd00/original Something like this!
nouns-grants-implement-nouns-dao-on-safenotes-CdG8SwKyCd To clarify the timeline: this grant will cover lifetime support for Nouns on SafeNotes. In the unlikely event that we need to shut things down, I’ll provide a minimum of 3 months’ notice and there will be no shutdown within the next 2 years. All data will also be available for export, so there will be no concern about data lock-in.
I believe there are updates to the Service Provider Program, particularly the extension of funding terms beyond one year, that address Unruggable's core needs. This is in addition to the already gracious terms that are given to service providers. If this proposal fails to go through, I hope to see them apply to be a service provider again in the new year.

Two things I consider true at the same time: 1. I believe Karpatkey does a great job at what they do 2. I disagree our approach to treasury management. Currently, I think the ideal approach is holding ETH, performing a quarterly swap to USDC to maintain ~2 years runway, and at most, hold some portion of ETH in LSTs
I have doubts on the yield returns going into the future and believe in a more conservative approach and am not a fan of indefinite partnerships. I would vote in favor of funding the endowment if there were a testing period of 1 year with the option to extend.
