Revising the Data Ownership Protocol (formerly TPL) Structure       Summary:   This proposal seeks to update the planned structure for the Data Ownership Protocol (formerly known as TPL) project, share more information about DOP with the DAO, and seek the DAO’s approval. As part of the planned changes, we would no longer require the DAO's funding we requested in the previous proposal (#15), as DOP will be able to raise funds for development on its own.   Rationale:   After extensive consideration, we believe a token would benefit for DOP's ecosystem governance and fee management. This model better aligns with tomiDAO's vision of a collaborative, tokenized web3 environment.   Changes from Previous Proposal:    <ul> <li> </li> </ul> DOP will now launch with its own token, reversing the previous decision for a non-token model.    <ul> <li> </li> </ul> DOP will no longer require the 1.5M $TOMI funding requested in the previous DAO proposal.    <ul> <li> </li> </ul> Portion of the funds raised in DOP’s private sale will be used for purchasing $TOMI.    <ul> <li> </li> </ul> 50% of staking rewards generated by DOP protocol will be allocated to acquiring TOMI   and burn them.    <ul> <li> </li> </ul> 23% of the DOP token supply will be allocated for loyal $TOMI holders with a 2- year   vesting schedule.    <ul> <li> </li> </ul> 1% of tokens will be allocatied to tomiPioneers NFT holders with a 2-year vesting   schedule.   Request:   DOP is requesting to acquire the TPL technology to serve as the base technology for the protocol. In exchange, DOP will distribute 24% of the initial total token supply to $TOMI token holders, vested over 2 years.   Additionally, DOP commits to utilizing 50% of staking rewards revenue to purchase and burn $TOMI tokens.   Conclusion:   We believe that making DOP an independent project, under this framework, will significantly benefit both TOMI token holders and the DOP ecosystem.   Website: www.dop.org Best regards, DOP team.
