The Cashio Community loss remains at ~$24.6M. This is real money stolen from real people as proven in the refund claims. We are not blind to the current washing of funds you are attempting. Clearly you are not interested in helping the world with these funds and the pain you caused is for a selfish personal gain. Given this discomforting information, we would like to offer a new proposal: Return all the remaining ETH in this wallet to the Cashio Community multi-sig at 0x2fC61bE26A591B2a6639B46f486Dc079dC96a253 and we will not continue to track the funds mixed in Tornado Cash. Further we will consider the matter closed, remove the "Heist" & "Exploit" Etherscan on both wallets and cease the ongoing investigations. From the lack of response or fund transfer to the multi-sig, we assume that you have declined the prior proposal. We are motivated to put the issue to rest by offering an updated proposal: Return 9500 ETH to the Cashio Community multi-sig at 0x2fC61bE26A591B2a6639B46f486Dc079dC96a253 and the remaining 2017.42 ETH are yours to keep as a whitehat bounty payment. We will consider the matter closed, remove the "Heist" & "Exploit" Etherscan wallet tags and cease any further investigations. Further, the multi-sig will directly donate 500 ETH to www.charitywater.org/crypto at 0x718A03C0b38889D57224B5A4eC853953f7B1Aa18 to bring clean and safe drinking water to people in developing countries. Separately, the Cashio Community is hereby publicly offering the same 2017.42 ETH whitehat bounty to anyone who may have further information regarding the identity of the exploiter that leads to the recovery of funds. Please consider this our final and best offer. Law enforcement is currently working multiple leads and Tornado funds are trackable. You will never escape with the full amount.
