Community aid, empowering the army, disseminating the TOMI concept.Hi all guys and to all of you, our community, I’m <ins>Ruach</ins>. I’m the Genesis Pioneer#1303. Some of you may have see me in our Discord channel.Even some advanced hardware security measure that I have adopted to secure my funds, days ago I have made a terrible mistake and I have been scammed in the discord channel trough fake admin account and tomi websites with a malicious smart contract, losing all my 18.000 Tomi token related to my NFT. At the date of the fraud, which was February14, the price of Tomi was around $1.2 USD and the corrispective value of my 18.000 tomi token was 21.600$USD. I realized that even the most experienced user can fall in a moment of weakness, no matter what. Despite everything, I have seen an opportunity. They can harm a single entity, but no one can harm a decentralized community.No one should ever experience a similar loss. Request My goal is to have my funds back, and they should come from the DAO treasury. I want to be honest and transparent as much as possible avoiding gain and speculation, so <ins>I am asking half of my original asset, 9.000 tomi token</ins>. I just want my dignity back and the chance to continue to be an active part and a positive member for this community, that is why I choose to invest and become a Tomi Pioneer. In order to receive this funds, I am humbly asking for your help and permission. My contribution In return, I thought of proposals to be carried out that will benefit to our entire community. I want to add more wealth to all of you and to our project. I want to empower our community, adding prestigious to the Tomi Army and spread the Tomi project around us. I personally believe that a good way to do this, it will be the creation of the <ins>"Tomi Army Ambassador" program. </ins>This special badge, as a form of a POAP NFT, called "Phoenix Pioneer", it will be give by the Tomi Army to the most valuable users who will achieve the greatest result in the tasks, also based in activity on social media and a positive engagment with the community. You will be rewarded for your commitment, for the value you will bring to the project. I propose that <ins>2 users at a time</ins> it will be elected for this role. This will allow greater effectiveness if there are complex projects to be carried out, allowing a climate of cooperation. Ambassadors may also act as the general’s right-hand man, Super Bullish, directly assisting him in creating or devising new activities, or be appointed by him to perform specific exclusive tasks. Of course, they can maintain relationships with other communities or propose collaborations that could give visibility and benefit to the project, always in direct consultation with the general and the team. It will promote the engaging to the Tomi Army, pushing the people to be more active and adding intrinsic value to the DAO. <ins>Every 6 months</ins>, a vote will be called to elect two new ambassadors, passing the flame to other tomi citizen. This amount of time is proper to set up a job and to carry it out. As a sign of sincere gratitude and commitment, my initial role it will be to send the necessary funds to start the program for the first year. <ins>Each new ambassador will be rewarded with a prize of 500$USD in tomi token</ins>. After this period of time, the Tomi Army will continue to finance the program autonomously. To prove my integrity and avoid conflict of interest, I expressively declare that for the first year, I will not be eligible for the status of Ambassador. This "Phoenix Pioneer" NFT will come with a new unique artwork, the name reflects the spirit of this proposal; someone could hurt a single entity, but no one can damage a decentralized and cohesive community. We will become more resilient and stronger than before. <ins>Trough the ArtDao</ins>, you will partecipate to create the brand new design of the NFT, expressing your vision with an artwork. Furthermore, to express my gratitude, <ins>the winner of this contest it will be retribuited also by me, for an economic value of 500$USD paid in tomi token</ins>. The POAP NFT will show the personal nickname of the owner and the date of activity, a really unique badge. As an additional sign of deep devotion to the cause, if You, the community, agree with this; I will be the voice of Tomi trough multiple cities in Europe. <ins>I am willing to travel to 10 different eastern europe cities</ins> in this order to spread Tomi project and values. Specifically: -Berlin -Warsaw -Prague -Vienna -Bratislava -Budapest -Belgrade -Sofia -Zagreb and of course, my original country. I have already created <ins>a sticker and an informative flyer with a qr code</ins>; which shows the key-point of our project, (the back cover will have different digital artwork made it with A.I.) to share around the most significative sites, around the street, inside the libraries and in the most suitable places. I think this is the time where we have to promote a message of real utility, a project that is close to the people in need, to explain to the people that we have the instruments to solve many of the problem that they are experience everyday. I am ready to go. Naturally, I will keep you updated trough our Discord channel about my progress and activity day by day taking picture and video of it, sharing with you my actions. Conclusion To begin with, my loss has broken my soul, I am sincere. I was speechless and stunned, but after a few moments I remembered why I have choosen to become part of this project. To figth the injustice, iniquity, bad behaviours; contribuiting with my actions to spread the values of brotherhood, correct information, possibility of having decision-making power for all regardless of their status and to create a safer ecosystem than the one we live in. <ins>In this spirit of brotherhood, I propose that the role of ambassador, one of the two available, it should be given to our member Matityahu#0007</ins>. He is one of the first active users in our channel who supported the project from the beginning, always involved in every initiative of Tomi and a devoted participant of our Army. He really deserves it. One of our lovely admin one day reminds me this statement: “Don’t trust, Verify”. Actually, has become my personal beliefs. With this awereness, if this proposal will pass with a positive consensous,<ins> the ideas expressed in this proposal will be considered accepted and I will begin to carry them, and all the transactions will have place</ins>.
