\"Foundation\" is a song I wrote in 2020. I was in search of creative power and inspiration, and one day I went into the studio and came out with this song about love being the foundation for all things great. \"Plenty in love, we got the foundation\". Being a long-time music video director, I knew I had to capture a powerful visual representation of how the song made me feel - this footage has no post/fx applied, it's all in-camera, practical fx. \"Foundation\" feels like the perfect song to serve as my genesis music release on web3. Join me on this journey 🎵.\n\nProduced by Glassface\nMixed by + additional production by Noah Breakfast\nMastered by Ryan Schwabeipfs://bafybeicwlmthhqoiqqlxjvla4vlhacg2oehhu7fr523vtof3q27g2zieqqipfs://bafybeib3ayl2vmvvkrpnotgw7al53gdl6rahojitszyxwibk4yjkrntpn4

I made this piece right after I had a very hard mental health day. The \"soulsckrz\" embody our self deprecating thoughts. I used this as a means to release the pain I felt that day.ipfs://bafybeihokufvkx5seqrjp3nf4wih45nlrw7iy74vfafhvmydh2lkchhzfqipfs://bafybeihokufvkx5seqrjp3nf4wih45nlrw7iy74vfafhvmydh2lkchhzfq
DeLady Khepera, once known as Khepera Bantu, is a non-binary, clairvoyant, waterbending superhero on a mission to restore balance and harmony to planet Earth. They are guided by the Yoruba goddess Oshun, along with the other Orishas in the pantheon surrounding them. The Earth is overflowing with injustice, from racism to greed in power; but there is a divine plan. As evil invades the entire Universe, DeLady Khepera upholds her vow to save it from complete destruction....even the Metaverse!ipfs://bafybeid3r5fwanoij2r656lnmhxmovmcwxk47ybqwo3pibqhwou7ooz2taipfs://bafybeid3r5fwanoij2r656lnmhxmovmcwxk47ybqwo3pibqhwou7ooz2ta

Our debut release as the artist-duo, St Oshun, was sampled by the fabulous British DJ Amy Lauren to create this dance remix of our song. Written about our personal relationship and struggles to trust so we feel free to speak our truths when communicating with each other. In this song, Porsche asks Charles to “just come out and say it” instead of taking her on these endless circles or “roundabouts” that will never get to the heart of the problem. Though the song was written out of mad, crazy frustration of trying to get through to a person, in the end, the song resolves in the spirit of hope as Porsche sings, “but I know we’ll work it out” because, through learning to trust one another, you will eventually arrive to your truths.\nLyrics:\nI can’t stand you right now\nThree years in this damn house\nOur pictures all in the frame\nWe laughed and we played yo\nIt’s just not the same no no oh oh oooo\nOur miscommunication\nTwistin the words that I say (so done)\nIt’s hard to love you just the same\nYou don’t understand me\nYou're just so demanding (see these tears are fallin)\nI want you to open up your heart and feel free (satisfy ya soul)\nI want you to be a safe place for me\nMe, Me, Me, Me…\nYour roundabouts\nPlease come out and say it\nJust tell me now\nYa so irritatin\nI wanna know\nCan you love me naked\nNo roundabout\nJust say it\n\nYour roundabouts\nSee these tears are fallin (No No No No roundabouts)\nNo roundabout\nDon’t play me out\n\nYour roundabouts\nPlease come out and say it\nJust tell me now\nYa so irritatin\nI wanna know\nCan you love me naked\nNo roundabout\nJust say\n\nI want you to open up your heart and feel free (satisfy ya soul)\nI want you to be a safe place for me\n\nYour roundabouts\nPlease come out and say it\nJust tell me now\nYa so irritatin\nI wanna know\nCan you love me naked\nNo roundabout\nJust say it or exit\n\nYour roundabouts\nPlease come out and say it\nJust tell me now\nYa so irritatin\nI wanna know\nCan you love me naked\nNo roundabout\nJust say\n\nYour roundabouts\nPlease come out and say it\nJust tell me now\nThis love feels overrated\nI wanna know\nWhy you complicate it\nNo roundabouts\nNo roundabouts\nNo roundaboutipfs://bafybeiddewvezaqqynej73x5zaqz27jz7be6vlmq6mzs4n7c3i545mmmiaipfs://bafybeiadzl6kbraw7bwzjdh64s4gnsol3mya67gftwer7j2ocqkjvh6sa4
