BIP-25: Security Bounty- Rewards Awarding 5000 USD (+500 USD as 10% as Immunefi fee) to cover an Immunefi security bounty (min high category reward). The vulnerability could have exploited our garden transfer function to increase user considered balance eligible for rewards up to double.

First Step. Mark it down to 0.
We will adjust the first the NAV to mark all the affected strategies to 0. It will overestimate the losses initially. Then we will recoup what we can from the Rari pool and give it back to the gardens
Second Step. Recover Collateral.
Recover 465k in collateral from the fuse pool and distribute it pro rata amongst the affected gardens. NAV will appreciate after this.
Third Step. Issue Shares to late depositors.
Issue additional shares to people that deposited after the hack to make them whole.
NAV will lower again after this.
Reenable deposits/withdrawals.
