# Incentivize Users to Settle Primary Sweepers Auction

Anyone tired of waiting sometimes hours on hours for the winning bidder to settle their Sweepers auction…?
How do we incentivize the winning bidder to settle their auction…?
Right now, the winning bidder can sit back and let someone else settle their auction for them - and, they will still receive the Sweeper they currently “won”...
**Challenge:**
Create a system that will incentivize the settlement of the primary auctions while retaining the full highest bid amount for the treasury…
**Proposal:**
Give the winning bidder (3) minutes to settle their auction…
If the winning bidder does not settle within (3) minutes - the option to settle the auction goes to the next highest bid amount for another (3) minutes… Anyone can settle the auction for that amount - and, the balance between that bid amount and the highest bidder will be paid for by the highest bidder that was not able, or chose not, to settle their own auction…
After each bid amount receives the (3) minute option to settle the auction, and there are no bid amounts left, the ability to settle the auction will remain open for an additional (3) minutes… Anyone at this time can settle the auction - and, the price will be paid for by the highest bidder that was not able, or chose not, to settle their own auction...
