Update multisig Owner for Vetoer&&After encountering two malicious proposals, both of which were thwarted with my assistance, a change for the vetoers is necessary. Fund AW3 member lunch at Token 2049&&PROPOSAL: Global members of AW3 met in Singapore around Token2049 to network and strengthen our sense of community. We would like to ask AW3 DAO to help cover this lunch, as part of the original vision and mission of the DAO, to support and uplift asian founders and builders building community. ECONOMICS: 11 members attended. The total cost was S$340.49, which equates to $250.67 or approximately 0.15 ETH at today's prices. BENEFITS TO AW3 DAO: By getting together and sharing our stories, we strengthen the community and broaden the AW3 message. Events like this show ourselves and others that our membership is extremely talented and well networked within Web3. Organic community driven engagement strengthens the value prop and makes AW3 DAO more real for people. AW3 NYC Dinner v2 at Wus Wonton King&& **PROPOSAL:** AW3 NYC local chapter will be having 9 members of AW3 gather for delicious Chinese food and BYOB drinks at Wu's Wonton King in Chinatown on August 4th, Friday, 6:30pm EST. We would like to ask AW3 DAO to help cover this dinner, as part of the original vision and mission of the DAO, to support and uplift asian founders and builders building community. We already had a proof of concept with our first KBBQ gathering with 4 members in June, at Jongro in KTown, and we want to keep this going in NYC and elsewhere. **ECONOMICS:** With 9 people, and the average dish at Wu's Wonton King costing ~$20, and assuming we order ~12 dishes, that would net out conservatively to ~$240 for food, or close to $300 with tip and tax. And then accounting for ~$100 in wine thru BYOB, the minimum would likely be ~$400. To account for ETH volatility and give some extra wiggle room, we are asking for .3 ETH (~$550). Anything left over after dinner, we could also use to cover drinks nearby afterwards. **BENEFITS TO AW3 DAO:** As part of our receiving this grant, we'll be sure to take some lovely photos of dinner/our members, share on our personal Twitters, and repost/promote to our own networks to get more people to join AW3 and participate in the community. We need more quality content and organic community driven engagement to better market AW3 to external parties and make things more real for people. We can then use this to springboard the next gathering, likely in Asia, at Korea Blockchain Week, or Token2049.

Release the AW3 Promo Video as Droposal&&The AW3 promo video that Reangsei made for us is high quality, engaging, and a valuable asset we can be using to help gain more traction for AW3 DAO. By releasing 888 editions at 0.000888 ETH a piece, we're giving everyone a chance to collect an edition. The main goal of this proposal isn't to fund the treasury (although we would be bringing in 0.788 ETH if we mint out which is pretty good) but rather to gain more visibility for AW3 DAO, share our vision, and bring more people into our community. All proceeds from this droposal will go to the DAO treasury.
