1 ETH January Residency for lilpanda branigan eth&&<p>I am proposing to join @zhoug as a resident to mferbuilderDAO for January, 2023 for <strong>1eth.</strong></p><p><strong>goal</strong></p><p>The goal of this residency is to support the mferbuilderDAO in taking high-leverage action and improving the user experience for its members. The scope of work will be centered around the following themes:</p><p><strong>1.Content</strong></p><ul><li>host daily "stand-up" format meetings on discord/twitter/twitch</li><li>produce other content (memes, tweets, writing) pushing mferbuilderdao forward</li></ul><p><strong>2.Governance</strong></p><ul><li>build this DAO in the spirit of ethereum and nounsdao first-principles</li></ul><p><strong>3.Prop.house liason</strong></p><ul><li>build capital allocation proposal for mferbuilderdao via prop.house</li></ul><p>I'll also be available for additional support for DAO initiatives as needed.</p><p><strong>Conclusion</strong></p><p>I understand that 1ETH is a significant of the treasury for a single person this early, which is why I shall operate at my most righteous possible levels and provide measurable results back.</p><p>Thank you for your vote.</p><p>-lilpanda.branigan.eth</p>
