Currently, there are 17 ongoing projects planning to build on Modulus, but only a few of them have managed to attract attention. The majority of this attention comes from individuals within the CULT DAO community, and it becomes even more challenging to engage the broader community during bear markets. \n\n\nSince our DAO has decided not to provide grants to Modulus projects, we will build a toolset that includes engagement automation and referral automation to support and incentivize founders to build on Modulus. This toolset would benefit the entire community, but it requires significant resources. We will create an open-source marketing automation toolset that integrates with Modulus, Ethereum, and Polygon. With this toolset, Modulus projects would be able to set up effective engagement campaigns. For instance, participants could earn daily rewards by discussing CULT, Modulus, Jiyuko, or Cultpunks. They could also earn XP by referring people to Stoneswap, The Rug Game, Walletport, and other projects. \n\n\nThe main purpose and features of the toolset are as follows:\n\n\n- Easy generation of a Modulus-based referral program to attract new users to the dApp. \n\n- Contests and daily tasks with on-chain verification (e.g., interacting with the dApp on Modulus to earn tokens). \n\n- Rewards for discussing the project (CULT, Jiyuko, StoneSwap) on Twitter, with actions verified for rewards. \n\n- Custom activities for rewards, such as logo contests and hackathons. \n\n\nThe proposed business model is as follows: \n\n\n- Modulus-based projects can use the toolset for free, which incentivizes building on Modulus and burns CULT tokens. \n\n- Projects on Ethereum or Polygon can utilize the toolset for a small fee, which will contribute to the DAO Treasury. \n\n\nGalileo works on Modulus, which means it can verify on-chain actions that occur on Modulus or a Modulus Testnet. This is crucial for promoting dApps, as it allows for on-chain activity verification on our products. Also, Galileo pages can be embedded on websites. For example, Cultpunks can add cultpunks.io/rewards to their website instead of using a centralized domain.\n\n","proposalUpdatesOverTime":"Andi Torso and Holly Heart","proposalAllocation":"Single","manifestoOutlinedFit":"Our aim is to fight against centralization in marketing, even in the Web3 space. Many marketing solutions, such as Galxe, remain centralized, which goes against the principles of decentralization. That's why we want to develop an open and trustless solution for running marketing engagement and referral campaigns.\n\nGalileo supports a noble cause. Our mission is to provide sophisticated marketing tools to everyone, particularly projects building on Modulus. We aim to offer an accessible and user-friendly platform that incorporates comprehensive referral, engagement, and customer relationship management (CRM) features for your community. By democratizing access to advanced technologies, we can contribute to a more equitable and inclusive future for all stakeholders involved.","socialChannel":"Not built yet.","links":"None yet. I (Holly) wanted to personally add that not only has Andi been a valued CULT DAO community member, he designed the winning Modulus logo, and has created his own successful defi project, Jiyuko.","projectProposalStage":"In development. The potential timeline for this project is as follows: - UX/UI phase, finalizing the concept with the assistance of Modulus founders and presenting the effects to the DAO (2 weeks). - Development phase (5-6 weeks). - Testing phase (2 weeks) - testing the product with Modulus-based projects on Ethereum, Polygon, and the Modulus Testnet. - Deployment and Launch campaign - engaging the wider community with our first \"global\" engagement contest to bring attention to Modulus and the projects being built there. - Maintenance - the product will have decentralized ownership, and it will likely be deployed to CULT DAO repositories. ","returnModel":"The proposed business model is as follows: - Modulus-based projects can use the toolset for free, which incentivizes building on Modulus and burns CULT tokens. - Projects on Ethereum or Polygon can utilize the toolset for a small fee, which will contribute to the DAO Treasury. Overall, the goal is to develop a toolset that supports engagement and incentives for projects on Modulus, thereby fostering a stronger and more active community. The main goal in the short term is to build a foundation for Modulus projects so they can use it to bring traffic, money, followers outside of the CULT community. Campaigns deployed and using Modulus Testnet (and Modulus later on) will be for free so it won't bring a revenue to Treasury in the first weeks from start. The second goal would be to offer the tool for projects outside of the community + earn on Modulus projects that are cross-chain (like Jiyuko), then 100% of revenue will go CULT Treasury.","proposedTimeline":"This is dependent upon the release of Modulus mainnet.","fundsStoredHeldUtilised":"Will be held in a wallet managed by Andi Torso. All funds will utilized to build the platform, it will cover a part od development costs and will involve 2-3 developers (back-end + front-end and small sc solidity part) + designer. We made an estimation with at least 150-200 man-days for the completed solution. If there is more work than planned initially Andi will cover those expenses.","wallet":"0xa7f91dC6264e0Ea8363292B3eC9e55D9dD9A9Fb0"}
