I suggest to skip this. This guy already rugged same ca hour ago. On old ca was newSkip function to set deadblocks before launch, now they renamed it to newBlockDelay. So if this ca will be real one, developers are scammers because they rugged hour ago 5 eth. I suggest skip this one, and dont feed this dev, even dev needs money to treat cancer and HIV for his mother, but he should earn it fair.
