The price of $CULT is currently low due to the market conditions. As the protocol keeps growing, the 13 ETH put away at todays price should likely increase in value. By the time rewards are to be distributed, lets say if $CULT does a 10x against ETH, 130 ETH worth will be distributed to stakers.

To send the funds to the staking contract, three out of the four owners need to sign the transaction.
