# PTBR-34: Pooltime

This proposal seeks a six-month budget extension to maintain our community coordination and infrastructure work.
## Scope of Work

We are motivated to continue supporting the protocol with our years of knowledge and passion for PoolTogether.
### Goal
Keep saving money fun and exciting, and encourage others to join us in achieving the PoolTogether endgame: An unstoppable prize machine.
## Deliverables
### Pooltime App & Toolsuite
We will maintain the user experience through pooltime.xyz and associated tools.
* [<u>Pooltime.xyz</u>](http://pooltime.xyz) and [<u>winETH.xyz</u>](http://wineth.xyz) will be maintained and follow any new deployments.
* The Pooltime api at [<u>poolexplorer.xyz</u>](http://poolexplorer.xyz) will be maintained.
* The Pooltime [<u>bots repo</u>](https://github.com/underethsea/pooltogether-node), which accounts for the majority of prize draws, liquidations, and prize claims, will be maintained.
### Social Media & Community Management
We will maintain PoolTogether’s social media and community-building efforts across various platforms. That means keeping the community informed and allowing everyone to follow along or engage. We’re constantly monitoring any mentions of PoolTogether and related keywords to directly engage with users and fans. Our work ensures that the PoolTogether legacy remains intact and the protocol continues to be loved.
* Amplify protocol updates and news: Share updates, collaboration news, and success stories to keep the community informed and excited.
* Interact with users: Engage with user-generated content, cross-post inspiring stories, and highlight key community members and integrators.
* Host regular Community Calls: Facilitate the PoolTogether swim meets to engage community members and discuss updates and announcements.
* Manage delegation budget: Extend the campaign around the $100,000 delegation to support growth and community initiatives.
