Repeating my Nouncil vwr here: I’m voting For BUT with one caveat— bixbite should not be engaging outside attorneys. Any info obtained & any recommendations should be sent to the DUNA admins for further action with the attorneys we already have especially since that would be the only way to take actual legal action and there may be other concerns that need consideration.
Also a general note - if there are any props that threaten our legal status as has been suggested by some, it's on our DUNA Admins and attorneys to flag that and use the the veto if needed.
For some reason, Wylin called me out in his comment and just want to clarify that by "attorney not in good standing" I assume he means not actively practicing law which is correct -- And never have I stated otherwise. That is a term to note when an attorney is no longer practicing for those unaware. Neither have I ever claimed to be an attorney with experience in securities law but have pointed out on occasion that we should seek advice of such counsel on some props.
If this was some attempt to malign my character it was a poor one and mystifying as to why. He seems to be a tad confused so just wanted to clarify here.
