Best option for reaching a wide audience for minimal cost per person. It's unfortunate that the whales don't see the vision on this one but hoping there's enough support to get it accross the line. btw this is the furthest thing from a governance attack -- it's an attempt to iterate based on feedback (which we've always encouraged) and the input of the whales currently controlling the DAO.

Repeating my Nouncil vwr here: I’m voting For BUT with one caveat— bixbite should not be engaging outside attorneys. Any info obtained & any recommendations should be sent to the DUNA admins for further action with the attorneys we already have especially since that would be the only way to take actual legal action and there may be other concerns that need consideration. Also a general note - if there are any props that threaten our legal status as has been suggested by some, it's on our DUNA Admins and attorneys to flag that and use the the veto if needed. For some reason, Wylin called me out in his comment and just want to clarify that by "attorney not in good standing" I assume he means not actively practicing law which is correct -- And never have I stated otherwise. That is a term to note when an attorney is no longer practicing for those unaware. Neither have I ever claimed to be an attorney with experience in securities law but have pointed out on occasion that we should seek advice of such counsel on some props. PRE-FARCON UPDATE: We are getting ready for FarCon NYC on May 1-4 with relevant days to this prop Builders Day on Thursday May 1 and the FarCon Summit on May 2. Names of any nounsfolk that applied prior to the Feb 21 date had their names forwarded to the FarCon team and most were approved for tickets. Nouns is listed on the FarCon.nyc website. For Builders Day: The funds for the bounty and to support Builders Day have been transferred to the FarCon.nyc team and they will distribute the $2500 usdc bounty prize to the winner. I’ve set up a channel on Warpcast -- /nounsbounty -- that will be used for those participating in Builders Day to submit on May 1 and Nouners/Lil Nouners to vote in that channel starting on May 2 at 9 am ET - 3 pm ET using rounds.wtf. I’ll be adding a small amount of $nouns to be used in rounds but the first place prize will be distributed by the FarCon team. More details to come closer to the event. For FarCon NYC Summit: The funds for the Summit sponsorship were sent to the FarCon team upon passage of the prop. These funds are covering the audio/visual for the event and allow us to nounify the media space and green room. The media space will be in the mezzanine of the Summit venue overlooking the stage and main area for the event. A large banner including nounish branding will be visible from the Summit floor. In addition, nounish branding will be behind the podcast area and visible in all content created in that space. I've responded to feedback both here and in the Nouncil discord and hopefully clarified this prop. I do think this is a valuable opportunity to proliferate /nouns not only in the Farcaster ecosystem but also via the content that will come from this event. My goal is that every pic or video that you see of FarCon will have noggles, nouns or nouners prominently featured. Supporting FarHack's Builder Day also feels like a natural fit and we'll be able to include a wider nounish audience in deciding who wins the Nouns bounty. More details on that as we get closer. Regardless of the outcome of the prop, I'm looking foward to seeing many of you at FarCon!

We currently stream live three times a week with some episodes strictly Farcaster news and others including interviews. We currently stream live on [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/@GMFarcaster) and [Twitter](https://x.com/ProfWerder) with recording dropped on Spotify, Apple and wherever you get your podcasts, plus on [pods.media](https://pods.media/gm-farcaster) as a collectible nft with a v2 frame that allows for watching/listening right on Warpcast. Coming up next week we'll have interviews with Luca Netz of Pudgy Penguins and Dan Romero, Farcaster co-founder, in his 5th appearance (he will be appearing monthly moving forward). As part of this proposal, Lil Nouns will be one of the title sponsors and featured on all RSVP frames and promotion as well as at the event itself. This event is a karaoke/arcade brunch in the mezzanine of Punchbowl Social with 2 private karaoke rooms, pool table, arcarde games etc. This will be a cozy morning meetup. Lil Nouners who will be in town for Eth Denver will be invited to attend with 10 tickets set aside exclusively for Lil Nouners. This has proved to be a fun way to showcase projects and builders in the Farcaster ecosystem and provide an interesting game for the community. This will be a 7 week trial run of a poker game stream where the players are on video/audio chat while playing. It will serve as an opportunity to chat about what's happening in the Farcaster ecosystem and showcase builders from FC and Lil Nouns. Funds from this part of the sponsorship will provide for the prize pool and for the sponsorship for this stream. Ideally, we want to stream this on Abstract with recordings on our usual channels. We are awaiting for Abstract streaming access. If we are unable to get access to stream on Abstract, we'll use our usual GMFC streaming platforms. This will start on Friday February 7 each Friday in February and March, except for February 28 due to Eth Denver. Lil Nouns branding will be featured on the poker table and in the credits. Two seats for each game will be reserved for Lil Nouners to play each week. (5) In addition, I'll be offering a degen tip to anyone who purchases a Lil Noun on auction during the two month sponsorship. (will need to cast, tag me, and I'll confirm - tip amount will correspond with token id). This is dependent on Degen tip availability but I do not anticipate any issues. --- My goal with this prop is to see if we can drive new traffic to the Lil Nouns auction via the different activations noted above, as well as providing new benefits to Lil Nouners. This also will drive more general awareness of Lil Nouns on Warpcast but ideally I'd like to see some direct results from this effort and will be tracking it. My view is that Index should have selected a reserve admin and added it to his prop which was my suggestion before it went up. Therefore, I'll be abstaining on all 3 reserve props but do believe any one of them would be good for this role. Wylin - I appreciate the amount of research into 501(c)(3) and DUNA that you've done up until now and your knowledge in that area. I hope that when the time comes to explore those options that a specific role can be carved out for that.

Although I'm not convinced we needed bylaws for a DUNA (under the law), I do think it's helpful as a tool to lay out expectations. These capture all the key issues and I appreciate that they have been made cc0 for other DAOs to use (and I've shared that with Nouns Builder).
